ROLLOVER POLICY:

1. Members can rollover up to 1 hour of unused booking time each month.

2. The maximum amount of rollover hours allowed caps at 3 hours.

3. Rollover hours must be used within the membership subscription period (30 days) or they will expire.

RULES:

 

MAX capacity: 15 guests

NO Dancing, Jumping, Or Stomping in the studio unless clear by owner 24 hours in advance.

It disturbs the neighbors below us.

NO Guest are allowed in the area behind the cyclorama wall

​

NO Damaging or staining substances or liquids on the cyclorama wall and photos set

​

NO Smoking in the building 

​

NO Dirty shoes on the cyclorama wall

​

NO Standing on the cyclorama wall curve

​

NO Smoke machines, open flames, or pyrotechnics in building. 

​

NO Live bands/live instruments such as drums or electric guitars 

​

NO Wandering or loitering in the building's hallways

​

DON’T Place loud audio speakers on the floor. It disturbs the neighbors below

​

DON'T Take any of the studio equipment or prop out of the studio space

​

NO Firearms (you will be held accountable for any legal consequences in the event of a firearm discharge)

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY:

 

No cancellation fee will be applied, but any scheduled hours will be deducted from your membership.

 

Rescheduling a booking day is allowed with at least 72-hour notice for bookings scheduled ahead of time. If the studio is not notified within this time frame, the hours will be forfeited.

 

Members are allowed one reschedule within the same booking day, subject to availability. Any additional rescheduling or rescheduling without 72-hour notice will result in the deduction of the scheduled hours.

 

Rescheduled hours are subject to rollover or expiration at the end of the membership period, based on the terms of your membership agreement.

TERMINATION POLICY:

 

"Either party may terminate this membership at any time upon written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the member will not be entitled to any refunds or credits that they are eligible for based on the terms of the membership agreement. The studio reserves the right to terminate this membership at any time if the member violates any terms or conditions of the membership agreement or engages in any illegal or inappropriate behavior while using the studio facilities."
